Media Rights Register is a private, independent registry for verified media ownership, licensing documentation, and compliance review. Its records and certificates are issued in the registry's own name, on the strength of submitted evidence and its internal review procedures — and are designed to complement, never to substitute, governmental registration systems, judicial determinations, platform policies, and the contractual arrangements between parties.
