Privacy notice

Media Rights Register processes personal data only to operate the registry: account authentication, company verification, evidence review, subscription administration, and public record verification.

Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie for sign-in, a short-lived unlock cookie for PIN-protected records, and an anonymous visitor identifier used to operate and secure the service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your cookie choice is stored locally and can be changed by clearing site data.

Presence data. While you browse, an anonymous presence signal (current page, IP address, browser type) is kept for a short operational window to protect the registry and understand load. It is not sold or shared.

Evidence documents. Files uploaded as evidence are stored privately, served only to the owning company and authorized reviewers, and fingerprinted (SHA-256) for integrity.

Email. Transactional emails (verification decisions, pass activations) are sent to account holders. The newsletter is sent only to addresses that subscribed and can be stopped at any time by contacting compliance@vid-24.com.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time via compliance@vid-24.com. Public registry records are retained as part of the registry's verification function.
